For the first time in Sri Lanka an internationally renowned French company – Asian & European Fashion Week handling glamour events, is collaborating with Sri Lankan counterparts to present a revolutionary fashion show where differently-abled models will also walk or wheel through the ramp together with the abled ones. Don’t let the differently-challenged blame fate for what they could not achieve owing to their handicaps, but instead let’s give them a hand to obtain applause from hundreds of hands…. when the first ever French-Sri Lankan fashion show in Colombo focusing on Inclusive Design unspools in Colombo in September this year.

Victoria José Model from Angola, 26 years old has a passion in modeling but I’ve never found a modeling agency that wants to work with models in wheelchair in her country (Angola).
The reason why she’s participating in MASSIRA INCLUSIVE is for her to be able to influence and inspire other disabled people in Africa and point out some of the issues that affect the lives of disabled people in her country which is Angola.
Most of the time the issues include lack of universal access in the structural buildings, high unemployment rate among persons with disabilities and other issues.
The world of beauty has no limits.

ULIANA PCHOLKINA FROM UKRAINE
Uliana Pcholkina is from Ukraine.
Uliana Pcholkina loves her country but there’s no matter where you come from, if you have disabilities, you have to face your own obstacles and challenges every day.
Uliana Pcholkina believe that only together, cooperating with each other, to bee able to become stronger and beat any obstacle.
MASSIRA INCLUSIVE 2018 1st EDITION, Colombo fashion show is just this kind of platform that unites and proves that love and beauty has no restrictions, and it is a big honor for her to be a part of it.
Lebohang Monyatsi from South Africa
Lebohang Monyatsi, also know as Lee comes from South African.
She challenged the status quo by being the 1st South African run away model in a wheelchair.
Lebohang Monyatsi was also crowned « Vice Miss Wheelchair World 2017 » in Poland.
She’s passionate about disability inclusion and accessible features for All. The goal is to break stereotypes and open doors for others with disabilities to follow and surpass me.
Lebohang Monyatsi will be part in MASSIRA INCLUSIVE 2018 Fashion Show 1st EDITION in Colombo.
