The 29th edition of Miss Côte d’Ivoire was officially launched on 27 January at the Novotel Marcory hotel.
Victor Yapobi, President of the Miss Côte d’Ivoire Committee (COMICI), has unveiled a number of major changes.
From now on, the minimum height for candidates will be raised to 1.67 metres barefoot, and the maximum age will be set at 27.
Another key change is that natural hair will now be required, emphasising the authenticity of the candidates.
The event, which has become a not-to-be-missed celebration of female beauty in Côte d’Ivoire, promises a number of innovations this year.
